Rabbit & Gravy

Domestic rabbit is an easy way to get “heart healthy” lean meat – but due to the lean characteristics it’s better if the rabbit is braised. That sounds complicated but isn’t – all it means is rabbit excels where it’s in soups, stews, gumbo and other tasty dishes! While browsing on youtube I came across a video for Rabbit & Gravy I thought was tasty looking and worth sharing!
