Why is Ammonia in Meats

Much misrepresentation, often deliberate, is made regarding this.I thought this was highly inflammatory but many saw it but didn’t hear “I don’t know but imagine it’s like this”…

Did you know that, in fact, the lettuce and bun has more ammonia than the meat? Did you know that changing the pH of the meat increases food safety, and that it’s *not* done with household cleaners?
