There are many that point to certain foods, or certain ingredients in food, as the cause for obesity in the United States. Still others point to the way it was produced, the method of growing or a host of other reasons. Few point to portion control.
No matter what you eat – be it organic or processed, small farm produced or large, if you eat more than you should consistently, you can expect weight gain.
